- Criminal history and state records: contact the Illinois State Police Bureau of Identification
- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Lee County Sheriff's Business Office
- Filed charges and dispositions: contact the Lee County Circuit Clerk Civil/Criminal Division
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expungement and record sealing: file with the court that heard the case
